Swedish Institute (The Swedish Institute) under the program for the Baltic Sea region / program Visby offers scholarships for graduate programs in 2013-2014 academic year. The program can take involved citizens of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
The program can not participate specialists who:

The scholarship covers the full cost of living and learning. Total will be offered about 45 scholarships. For comparison, in the 2012-2013 program year were considered 1511 applications from 532 participants. Scholarships were allocated fifty contestants. The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and accommodation.
