Grants 2013-2014 program Visby master degree in Sweden
1. Who can qualify?
Swedish Institute (The Swedish Institute) under the program for the Baltic Sea region / program Visby offers scholarships for graduate programs in 2013-2014 academic year. The program can take involved citizens of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine.
The program can not participate specialists who:
lived in Sweden for two years or more prior to the scholarship period , constantly live in Sweden or have a work permit in Sweden in the past received a grant of the Swedish Institute for master degree or a research fellowship at the Swedish University. exception participants make language courses or summer schools summer universities organized by the Swedish Institute ; already have a master's degree from a Swedish university ( college ) and is currently studying for a Master's program or bachelor's degree in Swedish university ( college ) .
2. Duration of the program

5.Financial conditions
The scholarship covers the full cost of living and learning. Total will be offered about 45 scholarships. For comparison, in the 2012-2013 program year were considered 1511 applications from 532 participants. Scholarships were allocated fifty contestants. The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition and accommodation. Funds to cover educational expenses are transferred directly to the Swedish university (University College); Fellow receives monthly SEK 9,000.
The grant is awarded only to those programs that begin in August 2013 (fall semester); term financing program - one academic year, ie two semesters. Scholarship program may be extended if there is a longer satisfactory rezultatov.Stipendiya not provide support for family members of the program. Fellows provided travel-grant-dependent citizenship.
