Fulbright Scholarship to conduct scientific experiments in U.S. universities
1. Applicants for participation in the program
In konkursk can participate and Ph.D. candidates; cultural workers, journalists and lawyers; researchers without a scientific degree with experience of at least five years and graduate. The selection of candidates will take to the attention of professiynye their achievements, the reality of the proposed project and its long-term value.

2.Deadline for submitting proposals
Starting Grant - September 2013.
Deadline profiles: 15 October each year
3. Requirements for candidates
Ukrainian citizenship and residence in Ukraine during the contest;
Fluency in English;
Eligibility for J-1 visa: return to Ukraine for 2 years after the grant.
4. Как принять участие в конкурсе:
Applicants must submit to the office of Fulbright Program complete set of documents: a completed form Applicational (online Introduce Application Form), with attached inventory project of scientific experiments and bibliography thereto, curriculum vitae and three letters of recommendation.
Description of project scientific experiments and provide curriculum vitae in English and Ukrainian languages. The most important criteria in the selection candidates for participation in the Program:
Previous scientific achievements;
Convincing and well-designed scientific training plan with a clear justification of the need and the importance of its implementation for Ukrainian institutions;
Potential for cooperation with American and Ukrainian colleagues on projects that will have an impact on education in Ukraine;
Willingness to initiate and introduce new courses from the humanities and social science disciplines, dissemination of good practices of teaching and learning.
Candidates also have the opportunity to choose the Kennan Institute in Washington, as a place of testing.
Essay samples on 4 separate topics:
Research in universities in the U.S. for the period from 4 to 9 months.
