On February, 3, 2009 at 10.00 the official opening of project MISCTIF took place in the Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after academician V. Lazaryan. The representatives of universities and railways, who are the members of Concortium on a project, First Deputy of Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine, General Director of State Administration of Railways of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznitsa), Chief of Prydniprovskaya Railway, official representatives of Regional and City Boards of Dnipropetrovsk took part in the meeting.

After the official opening, some working conferences were conducted by the Heads of Project, were discussed basic implementation of project phases, and formulated the plan of next actions.
