On March, 13 - 15, 2008 in the Kazakh Academy of Ttransport and Communications named after Tynyshpaev was conducted the conference with the representatives of Institutes of Higher Education and railways from France, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in relation to development of substantive provisions of project MISCTIF.

The participants of conference agreed about the lead through of row of measures within the framework of advancement and claim of project.

A decision about preparation of all necessary documents and serve it to Main Office of Tempus of European Commission was also accepted by them.
